Only members may unlock a vault and receive a mystery cash prize by opening a new checking account and establishing a recurring government or payroll direct deposit of at least $300 no later than 11/28/2025 following account opening, and by visiting a Northern Colorado Credit Union branch in person to participate in the vault opening. Members who do not participate in person will forfeit their mystery cash prize but will still be entered into the $1,000 grand prize drawing if they meet all other eligibility requirements. Vault cash prize amounts range from $75 to $200 and will be deposited into the member’s primary share account after the direct deposit has been verified. All members who complete the vault requirements will be automatically entered into a $1,000 grand prize drawing. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. Additional entries can be earned by: (1) leaving a verified 5-star Google or Yelp review that includes an identifiable name or email address matching the member’s account information, (2) opening an eligible NCCU product — eligible loan products include direct auto loans, HELOCs, and credit cards; certificates of deposit (CDs) also qualify. For eligible loan products, applications must be received by 10/31/2025 and the loan must close no later than 11/7/2025, and/or (3) correctly answer a trivia question in person at one of our branches.
